The Hong Kong Financial Authority (HKMA), representing the Hong Kong Particular Administrative Area Authorities, has formally introduced the rate of interest for the fourth curiosity fee of the Silver Bond Sequence due in 2026. The rate of interest has been set at 5% every year, based on the HKMA’s latest press launch on August 4, 2025.

The rate of interest for the Silver Bond Sequence, particularly for Problem Quantity 03GB2608R, is a part of the Retail Bond Issuance Programme below the Authorities Bond Programme.
